What skin types are Skin to You products suitable for?
Our products are formulated to be gentle and appropriate for all skin types.

What’s the shelf life of the products?
Each product has a different shelf life, please refer to the date printed on each package.

Are Skin to You products tested on animals?
Skin to You is an advocate for cruelty-free products. We make sure that none of the products are tested on animals.

Where are Skin to You products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in the United States.

Can I only buy the products at SkinToYouBrand.com?
Our products are available both online and at select Walmart stores. Check out Walmart.com to find out which store locations carry Skin to You.

How can I sell Skin to You products?
All individual products purchased on our website are for personal use only. If you have a wholesale inquiry be sure to send us a note on our wholesale page.

How can I update my order?
Let us know what you’d like to change at
info@skintoyoubrand.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number which you can use to track your package on the carrier’s website. Send us an email if you need assistance.

Shipping

Where does Skin to You ship? 
Skin to You is currently only available in the US. Be sure to follow our updates on our blog and  Instagram for when the brand becomes available worldwide.


How much is shipping?
Orders above $20 ship free! Anything less than that ships for a flat rate of $5.

How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 11-15 business days after your order is processed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We're confident that our products will give you an effortless glow and a healthy-looking skin. We want you to be head-over-heals in love with every Skin to You purchase, so if for any reason you only like it simply ship the products back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, even if the bottles are empty (less shipping and handling).


How can I return my purchase?
To return a product, send an email to info@skintoyoubrand.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

If you are shipping a package over $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please Note: only items purchased on www.skintoyoubrand.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Skin to You product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

Please allow 14 business days for Skin to You to receive and process your return. We will refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. In the event that you return part of a kit, we will credit or refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.

What is your exchange policy?
Although we are not able to process exchanges, we will gladly accept your returned purchase and process a refund provided it is returned within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the return instructions, and if you have any questions please contact the Customer Care Team at info@skintoyoubrand.com


What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Send us your original order and a photo of the items your received  at info@skintoyoubrand.com and we’ll be sure to get you the products you ordered!
