Removing yourself from toxicity can be difficult but so rewarding. It can be as small as cutting out soda or as big as letting a toxic relationship go. Self-reflect on what is making you feel worse and try to take a break it and see what changes. You should also try to not let toxins into your skin. Putting on a moisturizer and sunscreen is a great way to shield your skin from pollution in the air!
Habits can turn into a routine if you stick with it for 21-66 days, according to science! Try making little habits to improve your day. Some of our favorites to take on would be: going for a short walk during lunch, drinking more water, make your bed in the morning, try not to check your phone when you first wake up.
Promise to make time for yourself. Your every day can be super stressful and can take a toll on the body and the mind. Give yourself permission to let go of what’s weighing you down. Some tips for achieving this could be meditating for 10 minutes a day and focusing more on taking deeper breaths from time to time. Need weekend plans? You deserve to chill in a bath, champagne in hand and a mask on your face! You have to give some love to yourself to spread it onto others.
